What WILL You DO?

Several people have requested a word doc to forward, print, send to Editors, news media, legislators, what have you. The doc is ready. If you would kindly email me at (this is a special address that is safe for me and my family and will only be used for this purpose) HunttheHunters@gmail.com , I will reply to you with the document.

And please remember that actual paper (printed, signed, faxed and/or mailed) is FAR more attention-getting than an email. And harder to ignore.

This is a horrifying fact, the systematic predation of our children. You can choose to ignore it. You have that option.

But remember this:
Did you ever think there was a monster in your room when you were little, and so you pulled the covers over your head and it went away? Well, this time, ladies, the monster is real. Pretending the monster isn't there will only feed and strengthen it. This monster only hides from the light.

So many have asked, "What can we do?

Start by joining Protect. They are the only lobbying group that exists for our children and their well-being. If you don't support that, then you're just blowing smoke.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that shutting down a website makes the problem go away. It doesn't stop there. And it claims to be an international site, btw. It's a global problem. But DO report the site to your local FBI.

Get -- and stay! -- vigilant! Teach your children what is and isn't okay. Let them know that there is NOTHING they can't tell you -- and that they won't be in trouble if someone hurts them.

Give your kids lots of love and supervision b/c the ones who don't get enough are particularly vulnerable.

Keep your computer in a family area, with the screen facing out. No secrets are allowed when it comes to what your kids do on the Net.

VOTE for your children! If you don't know where someone stands -- and what they plan to DO! -- for your children, don't give them your vote. And let everyone know this is how and why you vote.

Remember that hairy, sweaty, creepy MEN aren't the only predators...any of us could be one, too. Keep your children's info on this and other sites private.Be a WARRIOR.

Remember, the bad guys thrive in the darkness. Let's shine the light on them and keep it there.
